Okay, so, lets not take into consideration that not every girl stays the age of 14 forever. With this type of activity your good squads and teams will come in waves. Same thing with staff members. This very same thing happens on the school teams as well. Kids grow up, graduate, move away, etc...no team stays the same forever. One year you could be County champs and then next year you dont even place. Thats what happens. Your argument holds no weight and you are just trying to make sure every knows you didnt have a good experience at Xtreme. We get it. Grow up, move on and I look forward to not seeing you at Xtreme. They will be working on hard on grooming another squad and bringing it all together. It may not happen in the blink of an eye, but we will have fun doing it. Nuff said. Have a good day.

Yeah, okay.
Thanks for your input. My OP was asking if anyone else had bad experiences with the office staff at Extreme. My kid is too young to worry about competitions and I'm not knocking any place about whether they make an event or not. But hopefully while Extreme is working "hard on grooming another squad", they also work on their customer service skills and get better organized.
