Trust me, I know about that.. I did research a few years back when pools and hot tubs stripped my good bacteria. I saw that and acidophilus...I chose acidophilus and have never had yeast in 4 years. No more baking bread for me.. but I DO love garlic bread

When I was 18 I was taking a shower with my girlfriend, and she said she couldn't put soap directly on the Poon because it would cause a yeast infection. Looking back, I should have broken up with here right then and there.
