    I am having the same exact problem What did you end up doing? I can get to the admin screen by hitting f8, but when I try hitting manage another account so I can update the other access, it doesn't do anything. This is not how I wanted to spend my day!

    Comcast and Verizon won't provide service where I live either. There are lots of people in Southern Maryland who would love to get rid of their dial up. Some are not as lucky as you and don't have an option.
