Did Harley Davidson go to India w/Obama

My point in starting this post was to point out that Harley is opening an assembly line to produce Harley Davidson's in India.

Not to get into discussions of the merits of different motorcycles and personal riding habits of those in the forum.

You brought it up, not me. And Harley has been outsourcing parts just about forever, so this should come as no big surprise.

I THINK I just heard on the news that Obama announced a Boeing plant being opened in India.. net result 54,000 jobs... jobs that won't be done here in the US.

And now we are talking about passenger jets.. yanno, the things that can be flown from ANYWHERE in the world to their point of delivery.. like flown from Charleston South Carolina.. or Seattle Washington..

But no, now they are going to be made in India..
