Exactly right: charge him, try him, and convict him.
It's not like bodies will hit the floor for doing so, like they would if a certain former Presidential candidate was charged.

Robert Hur should be criminally charged for putting out this false information about the president. This is a national security issue.
But Hur never asked that question, according to two people familiar with Hur’s five-hour interview with the president over two days last October. It was the president, not Hur or his team, who first introduced Beau Biden’s death, they said.
Biden raised his son’s death after being asked about his workflow at a Virginia rental home from 2016 to 2018, the sources said, when a ghost writer was helping him write a memoir about losing Beau to brain cancer in 2015. Investigators had a 2017 recording showing that Biden had told the ghost writer he had found “classified stuff” in that home, the report says.
Biden began trying to recall that period by discussing what else was happening in his life, and it was at that point in the interview that he appeared confused about when Beau had died, the sources said. Biden got the date—May 30—correct, but not the year.
So, Biden pretended to be indignant that the special counsel included a topic that Biden himself raised in his interview with the special counsel. Either that or he also forgot that he brought the subject of his son's death up in the conversation.
Gotta give his enablers and sympathetic media their talking points. There's only one other reason Biden would make the false claim about Hur "raising" the issue, as explained by Townhall managing editor Spencer Brown:
Regardless of the reason, it's a terrible look, and between that and the administration's reactions to the Beau Biden reference, it's just further proof that there is no low to which Team Biden will not stoop to drag him over the finish line one more time.
Could one of our C&C neurologists please diagnose this anonymous patient based on this five-minute collection of interview clips?

Seriously, watch the whole thing. It is morbidly fascinating, like watching a series of blooper clips of mixed-up football players tackling their own teammates, or getting disoriented and running the wrong way down the field. Scoffing democrat partisans will pooh-pooh this video and point to increasingly-rare moments of Biden clarity, which admittedly can sometimes happen during the exact same speech where the former Vice President forgets where he is or falls over a beanbag.
Dementia patients are well-known for having good days and bad days, good moments and bad moments. Just because Biden is occasionally lucid and seems like “his old self,” does not mean he is competent to do the most demanding job in the world.
Here’s a serious question. Would you let your grandmother drive in this condition? Of course not. You’d take away her driver’s license for her own protection. Sorry Nana. It’s better this way. Should someone who can’t safely drive his convertible Camaro down the street to Martha’s Vineyard Frozen Custard have access to the nuclear football?
Democrats will bark that these days you don’t elect a man, you elect a team. But if we are really electing Biden’s team, and not just him, then let us meet the team. The team should be running for President along with — or instead of — Joe Biden.
I’m sure they are terrific folks and would make the campaign proud. Aren’t you? Let’s get them out there. Somebody ask the media to do it … oh never mind. I guess we’ll have to do it ourselves.

President Joe Biden lashed out at Robert Hur last week over one particular line in the special counsel's report on his handling of classified documents: that Biden "did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died."
“How in the hell dare he raise that?” Biden told reporters in an impromptu White House press conference. “Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it wasn’t any of their damn business.”
But Hur never asked that question, according to two people familiar with Hur’s five-hour interview with the president over two days last October. It was the president, not Hur or his team, who first introduced Beau Biden’s death, they said.
But... but... Wray was a holdover from Trump!!!You don't elect the man you elect the team. That's fine , let's look at the team.
Mayorkas----Garland----Wray----Yellen----Bootygig----Karine Jean-Piere--- Rachel Levine---John F'in Kerry.
Do I need to go any farther?
Trump made lots of mistakes, ,any he picked were referred to him and turned out to be less than smart, less than loyal, less than competent.But... but... Wray was a holdover from Trump!!!
Hard to trust anyone in the snakepit known as DC politics(swamp), this time around he knows the ropes a bit better.Trump made lots of mistakes, ,any he picked were referred to him and turned out to be less than smart, less than loyal, less than competent.
He came in cold and took advice, this time he will make better picks.
