I just watched "Pirates of the Caribbean II: Dead Man's Chest" and it was very good. Just be aware it is 2.5 hours long but it goes by quickly.

Of course, watching Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow and Orlando Bloom as Will Turner is hardly a hardship.

I thought the first one was better. My biggest complaint though is that it is simply 2.5 hours of build-up to the next movie.
