True story; a buddy of mine, long ago and far away, was invited, with his fledgling metal band, to perfrom at a school for the deaf. No lie.

I missed that one. Didn't heard about it. :drummer:


He said that it was really interesting and quite kewl because the kids would, small class, put their hands on the stage to accentuate what they were feeling. They really enjoyed it, as did the kids, and it was one gig were they were actually encouraged to play as loud as they like.

She was a pretty good musician/ singer but her talent as a drummer was kind of thin.

Well, like somebody here said, it takes practice, practice, practice. To be as talented vocally, and to be able to be competent as a musician...I'd settle for being that competent.

If you diet, exercise, diet, practice, diet, perform, diet you can be just as competent..
