I take it you are attempting to be funny again. Don’t give up that day job Slick. There was no trial as the case was dismissed, try to keep up, it isn't that difficult, or is it too complicated for you at times with your western Virginia genetic makeup? The visiting judge was there because the sitting judge was on vacation, again a concept that is relatively easy to grasp. The decision that the judge made was correct based on the facts he heard. You call someone a derrogatory term, you might have to eat those words and the knuckle sandwhich that feeds them to you.

Saying "SMIB" isn't illegal (though it is distasteful and shows one's true character), no where has anyone said it was, thus turning someone in for doing so doesn't get you anywhere. But if you do say it and someone takes offense and "thumps" you they may have a defense justifying their action. Just as there are defenses for justifiable homicide there are defenses for justifiable assault.

When I drank it was a matter of taste. Some might argue that but I could taste a difference between the 10 Oz and the 12 Oz and others have indicated the same.

Justifiable homicide and assaults? Yes, but normally that is due to the possibilty of bodily harm... Don't think anyone was ever injured or has died from being called a SMIB.

No but the one doing the calling have been injured. It's the same for the "N' word. I doubt if it has ever caused anyone any physical harm. But go downtown and call it to one of the African-Americans you run into and let's see what happens.
