You sound like the guy in the Harley TV comercial. He pulls his car up to a gas pump next to a guy filling up his Harley. He says "I always wanted to buy one of those, even had the money, but I spent it on a dinningroom set." as the guy rides away he says "But it was a really nice dinningroom set."
If I'm going to spend the money to buy a new bike, I want some place to put it.

Hey aps, are you still trying to get me to sell the Seca? It has been cool to have a back up while I'm doing mods to the FZ. I might think about it, but with the insurance, and tags so cheap, I never feel any pressure to sell it.

Friend of mine bought a New Low Rider when she first learned how to ride, and found it to be too much bike for her.

She is now on a smaller bike and looking to sell the Low Rider.

She is going to post an ad in SOMD and Craigs List sometime in the next week, but felt this was a GOOD deal and someone on here might be interested in taking the first stab at it.

2004 Low Rider (Anniversary edition, so possibly 2003), with LOTS of extras.. $11,500 She states it's considerably less then the 2002s she's seen advertised online. She just wants to sell it and move on. http://www.chooseyouritem.com/motorcycles/files/117500/117851.html
The link advertises the same bike for 17,500

Let me know if you are interested, and I can get you coneected with the seller.

Bob, can ya send me some contact info for this person/bike? I have some folks coming in from VA for the blessing of the bikes this weekend that are interested in this bike.

How much does it weigh, do you think?
She went to a MUCH lighter, smaller (she'll be here Saturday on her new(er) bike) more maneuverable bike.. her friends convinced her she HAD to buy a Harley, and ended up not liking it much.. She was happier on a bike with hlf of the cc's(650) and probably half of the weight.

The problem is not riding it so much (as far as the weight goes) but Duck Walking it when you need to, and picking it up from the inevitable "drop"..

But it would be so hard to pick up if it was on top of me.......
 I followed a guy up to Waldork to get his liscense and he dropped his bike on his leg in the parking lot when we got there. I was laughing so hard I had a tough time picking his bike up.
