You know, the best part about the new format is how they actually seem to care about the community. Like timely traffic reports. This afternoon, they did a great job letting everybody know how f'ed the traffic was, didn't they?

It was great how I could sit there travelling three miles per hour, while I listened to "awesome Frank Dawson" recite the sherriff's reports from last week. Great job!

Yeah - what the hell was up with the traffic this afternoon? I didn't see any accidents, and the signals weren't running longer than usual. The only thing I saw amiss were a bunch of ignoramouses doing 70 in the right-turn lane and other ignoramouses trying to merge lanes at the last second.

Love the way moondog is trying to play up that other local site and their forum on his morning show.:sarcasm:

I had the radio on and was switching back and forth between the two to see if there was the SLIGHTEST possibility they MIGHT be reporting on why the traffic was the way it was. SOS......not a word about it. I was disgusted.

They don't seem to be reporting the traffic as far south as they used to. More DC traffic than anything. Or is it my imagination? :confused:

Not your imagination. So much for the "local" station. Can't wait to see what happens should a hurricane come through. Probably dead silence.

Maybe there just isn't any traffic important enough to report on. I haven't seen a bad accident in a while, and haven't seen reports of bad accidents on the baynet. You'd think that would be a good thing. :rolleyes:

Something was going on yesterday, it took 3 times the normal time for me to get home....:confused:

I was out there in it, too. Didn't see anything except backed up traffic. No sirens, nothin'. :shrug:
