There is no doubt of that in my mind.
I doubt he meant to kill her, he just did a stupid thing.
But he is responsible for her death.

I don't believe for a second they will actually go to trial. They will offer him a deal where he has to do safety training or something and maybe some community service that will end up being him teaching an acting class to the homeless.
