Wouldn't you think she would be at the hospital, I think that's an obvious question. I would be spending every chance I could with my baby.

I think that everyone is wondering where the mother is, meaning why did the this scumbag's family have custody of the baby. :yay:

Realistically, he's not a threat to the community or anyone else. ....
Anyway, it's not unreasonable that this kid would be granted bail.

True. There is due process. Unless the prosecutor can show that he is either a danger or a flight risk, they have to grant him bail.

I just see his family bailing him out as enabling his bad behavior.

Why was the child taken away from their mother? Judges do not take children especially babies away from their mother because the grandparents make more money.

Back to the matter that matters.. Where is the mother of the little girl, and is she still living in her husbands' home with Jayden's grandparents? I would presume that since his parents put up a property bond for him that he is back home too. One big happy family once again. Where is Jayden? Is he in the hospital or rehab? Do Jayden's grandparents have any legal custody over his older sister who is only 2 years old? It is imperative that the childrens' mother protect her children. She should remove herself and her little girl completely from this home. Why take any chance? As a grandparent, I'd have scooped up my grandaughter and taken her to my care when Jayden was injured. She would NOT be in that house. I don't care it it is almost 3,000 square feet and I lived in a tent in the woods, that little girl would be with me where I could keep her safe.

Right, and all of what you just mentioned above is why I wondered if Jayden's mother is still in the picture. To me, it seems as though she's not even around. Or if she is, what kind of mother is she?

Why does everyone think he was repeatedly abusing the child? I thought it was SBS. Isn't it possible that he freaked out ONE time and injured the child? So maybe it's possible that his parents and the mother did not think he would do it?

I'm NOT defending him at all..I'm just thinking it makes more sense for it to be an isolated incident because nothing had been reported before.

And BTW, I said in the other thread that I was surprised he was such a scumbag, but my brother said he was always a prick in school.

Even if this is the first time he's done this, it shows that he has a violent nature.

There were allegations in another thread that there has been a pattern of abuse. I have no idea if that is true or not.

I agree, but everyone is asking why his parents or the baby's mother didn't report the abuse. I'm simply saying maybe because this was an isolated incident.

It only takes one time but I would not expose my older child to him. Don't even take the chance. Get her out of that house NOW. This is to mgdbaa: You have been given the opportunity to be an advocate for Autumn, for her protection, her welfare, and her future. It's fine to air your feelings in the forum but not one of us can do anything to change the situation or to help you or Auntumn's family. You however can get on the hook to child protective county and state agencies, hire a public defender if your family can't afford an attorney. You may feel hopeless but your are not helpless. Don't you all be a victim too.

I suppose that multiple counts of burglary doesn't constitute as a violent pattern?

They look at crimes that you have been convicted of. I believe he was not convicted of burglary. It does appear though that he was a druggie in the past and was coaught more that once for CDS that was not of the marijuana kind.

I still wonder where the mother is. She must still be with him thogh because I can't imagine the courts allowing a non biological child to reside in their home unless the mother was there.

Actually, if it was the first time it shows he experienced the frustration that all parents have felt, but he lacks the impulse control that most people have.

The ability to stop yourself from following your animal instincts is what makes us human.

For real... I think every parent has briefly thought of choking their kids at one time or another. :lmao: But hopefully we all know not to actually do it.

I have NEVER looking at my kids and felt the need to choke them. And believe me, they've definently tested me. I definently never felt the urge to shake my babies until they were brain dead.

Um, it was a joke. And if you're telling me you've never been extremely frustrated at them, I wouldn't believe you.

Did he have a weapon? Did he ever assault someone?
Hey Sweetiesnookemscuddleboogerhunneybunchescooterpie, Take off the liberal hat long enough to realize he's no angel and should be hung by his balls in a barn. In other words, stop making excuses for him while a baby lays in a hospital. :huggy:
