And we have a verdict

ONE story I only heard - once - was it was COHEN who got it on with Stormy. He paid her to be quiet out of his own money, because it was HIM - and billed it to his boss, because having a lawyer banging a porn star could hurt him. And being a thief, billed it as a legal expense.

Only saw it once, but as it is, it makes a LOT more sense than every other version I've seen.
Having a lawyer than banged a porn star could hurt him? crap I had a pharmacist that got arrested for illegally supplying prescriptions.

I have said more than once we are watching a movie.

It's called "The Great Awakening"

Enjoy it!

Paying a porn star to be quiet about something is not against the law.

Declaring something as a business expense (legal fees) when it was just paying off a hooker is indeed fraud. But there is no evidence Trump did any such thing. Cohen says he did, but that's not evidence. Let's pretend Cohen isn't a liar and crook, let's pretend he's Mother Theresa. Yeah, still not evidence or proof.

FACT: Cohen billed Trump for $130k in legal fees.
FACT: Trump's accountants paid the bill.

That's it. That's what happened. The Dembots can make up stories all they want, and those two points above are the only proven facts in this case.

Similar to the E Jean Carroll "Trump raped me in the dressing room of a high end department store!" trial. There was no proof that he did any such thing because it's too ridiculous to even contemplate, and only in Dembot filled NYC would that suit have even been prosecuted, let alone convicted.

Both of Trump's impeachments, same.

This is always the defense from you folks about Trump. These nasty people in his orbit always doing him wrong, everyone, even his hand picked folks always turn on him. It’s just not fair!

Either he is just as slimy as them or too gullible, take your pick.

I'm thinking $130k is just noise to him. He probably spends more than that on McDonalds a year.

This is the problem when you choose ignorance.

Someone I know that has a serious case of TDS texted me immediately. I haven't even opened it yet. Deciding how, or if, I'll respond.

I am certain that my bff of 38 years will not. We are on opposite sides, but we value our friendship much more than politics.
Wife got a text message from her good friend with about 7-8 hand clap emojis. She doesn't want to reply so as not to ruin their friendship. Her friend needs to do the same.

Just for the sake of argument - who does it defraud? The government, for tax purposes? Who is the victim?
And also - is a payment for an NDA - how IS it classified?
