Another neighbor issue....

Nope, was brought to their attention by me! Not to mention regardless of how they knew, they knew and should have controlled their dogs. Their response "well the old neighbors didn't mind" My response "well we do" nothing changed. My other neighbor told me that the reason there was a set of steps placed going down from my yard to the driveway was due to their kid jumping the fence and going through their yard. The previous owners were worried the kids would jump the fence and then get hurt on their property so they put steps. Crazy!

Not to mention my previous post about me taking in their cat that they never bothered to look for and even when I told them I was going to find it a home, they denied it was their cat.

So they are well aware, just as they were aware of their kid coming over here w/ a bag full of toys and diapers when the other child came to play w/ my daughter. Who do you think packed the diaper bag? They are inconsiderate in more ways than one.
Ok, whatever. Honestly, I didn't read past the first post, because you're doing an awful lot of complaining and not a lot of problem solving. If you want to have the cats toted away, freakin' do it, you don't need anyone's approval or disapproval. Personally, I would take the high road and confront the neighbors and let them know I would be bringing it to the attention of the HOA. I would then contact the members of the HOA and make them aware of the problem, and inform them of my intention to provide resolution. But alas, I am not you, and my new car does not have cat prints on it.

Trust me I am glad you don't either because from what I hear, you talk out of both sides of your mouth :flowers:

Not to mention, for someone who does not think about their neighbors you sure do know what their looks mean and took the time to resort to name calling.
I've never been so insulted in all my life. :drama: :lmao:

Dems, come comfort me. :bawl:
P.S. Your dogs and cats can poop in my yard anytime.

Why thanks kind neighbor. :flowers:

We did a fine job of hijacking this tread don't you think? :diva:

Well, lets just go for broke... did you hear about the armed home invasion that happened here Saturday night? BF said something about a flyer going around warning about crime being on the rise out here a few days prior... do you know anything about that?

Also, its not a total hijack, we are showing others how good neighbors should behave

I did. I've not seen a flyer though. I've heard through a lady at work that there are a bunch of juvenile delinquents in the neighborhood that call themselves the "Country Lakes Crew". (Clever huh? :lmao: ) Their parents need to get to throttling their little darlings before one goes to the wrong house and winds up with a face full of buckshot. Just a thought.

Reminds me why its always polite to call before coming over anywhere unannounced. Was kind of expecting that kind of greeting first time coming over, but all was well!
