Let who decide? The baby or the mom? The mom doesn't really have a say when the kids are with us, and vice versa. And the baby is 17 months....can't really decide which shoes to wear.

At that age, she can have a preference as to what she wants to wear.

Oh don't pay any attention to Rosie... her kid has to wear suspenders to keep her panties up that her pa and step-mom bought her...:coffee:

:jet: And they're rainbow suspenders to boot. :lmao:

You are making this a power struggle between you and the childs mother over a pair of shoes.

Power struggle? You all are making this into a big deal, and it's really not. Her mom can dress her in whatever she wants...it doesn't mean that we have to keep her in it. We shelled out lotsa money for clothes and shoes...so we'd like to get some use of of the stuff. Good grief.

You are making it a big deal by posting it here and complaining about it.

I for one am glad that she is bringing the outrage of condoning Crocs for the young and innocent out into the open. The madness must be stopped.

:lmao: Go back and read my first post. It wasn't a complaint.

Some people on here think that I'm "bossy" for setting those crocs aside so they can go back to mom's house...and I did put them on her feet this morning because she's going back to her mom's till Friday.

It was the way your post came off - like you're in some pissing contest with the mother. "Her stupid Mom gave her these ugly shoes; well, I'll fix *her*!"

Oh the humanities... you ended up with a Croc-enabler as a step-mother. There is no hope for you. :frown:
She still thinks they're ugly. I love them, so does B. He has three pairs as well.

Well, I'm sorry if it sounded that way. I really didn't mean it to sound like I was in a power struggle. If I wanted a power struggle, it would be over baby's pierced ears!! :lmao:
