I think they made a mistake by "buying" Baynet. If they wanted a news website they should have started over from scratch and not identified themselves with the taint (heh) of Josh Davis.

It's interesting, in the press release, how they were very clear that Josh Davis "will no longer be associated in any way with The Bay Net."

Unfortunately Josh Davis and BayNet are synonymous in the local business world. If nothing else, he was an excellent self-promoter. They're going to have a tough time overcoming that.
