Hey all. I'm new to the forums and semi-new to the area. I recently got out of college and got a job with one of the contractors near the base in Lexington Park. Since I started, it has become increasingly difficult to find people close to my age. I'm a 22 and being out of college, I feel uncomfortable hanging around current college students and I am no where near close to any of the ages of my co-workers. Aside from the Green Door, which was interesting to say the least, it just seems like my age group is a minority in the area. Maybe its just me and I'm looking in the wrong places or, maybe someone can give me a better idea of where my generation can be found. :p I feel sorta weird coming to the forums, but its one of my last options. Thanks in advance.

I'm 27 and the only somewhat decent place around here is the Tiki Bar....other than that it's worth it to take the treck up to DC!

Me and my friends usually find stuff to do whether it involves a keg, halo, and a lot of metal cd's. Or a keg and beer pong. Theres always good parties you just have to watch out for the ones with the teens, they cause to much attention and always get busted. Then you have the track on the weekends if you like cars. There are plenty of bars.

I wish I could still pick up 98rock, I live in St. Mary's and my car radios won't pick it up clearly til I get almost to Prince Frederick. KML always got me through my mornings when I used to live farther north.

Whoever told me to grow up, i drink in large quantities maybe 1-2 times a month. GO anywhere and you will find that alot of places have bars. smoothmarine lets get another 6-month old keg.
