"Hands down" = easily, with out effort. Never having to lift your hands to accomplish the task.

I didn't see all of the commercials. After the 3rd I decided it wasn't worth staying up for.

Favorite commercial was the clydesdale pony pulling the beer wagon, but I thought it was too cutesy for superbowl.
