This is not true. The business owner provides transportation for workers to get to & from his facility. Many are professionals who escaped horrific conditions in their home country. There was no workforce in Charleroi a few years ago when a business owner desperately needed them. He advertised and looked for workers for a long time. Before shutting down completely, he hired an agency that connected immigrants who were vetted and LEGAL to work in his facility. Instead of closing, he now has three shifts working around the clock. He also renovated multiple dilapidated apartment buildings and put them back on the tax roll for the town. He’s been vilified wrongly. Please, check the facts before posting information the jeopardizes the safety of good, hard-working people. Thank you.

2,000 Haitian immigrants just arrived on their doorstep.

Local parents tell us their schools are overwhelmed. "Kids can't advance because the teachers are having to compensate for the kids who can't speak English."

Car Insurance up a Whopping 55% in Biden-Harris Admin’s America​

Data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics show that car insurance prices rose 55 percent from January 2021 — when Biden and Harris first took office — to July 2024 — the last year of their first term.

Once again, their policies are to blame. As Breitbart News previously reported, Americans’ auto insurance rates are rapidly rising due to the pro-migration policies of Biden and Harris, putting millions of these new migrant drivers — “often without driver training or English language lessons” — on the road, increasing risk.

As Breitbart News detailed, “Since 2021, Biden has imported roughly ten million legal, illegal, and quasi-legal migrants. The huge inflow has stalled wages and raised housing costs and has also imposed many other civic and social costs on ordinary Americans.”

Americans are providing real-life examples, too. Dustin Geisel, who lives in Springfield, Ohio — the center of controversy due to the influx of Haitian migrants — uploaded a video on TikTok on September 8 and said there has been an “enormous amount of car accidents because they don’t know how to drive.”

Currently, the Springfield pets-being-eaten-by-immigrants imbroglio is the latest case the press is stumbling and fumbling over. Trump has been labeled as a racist and accused of fomenting intolerance over this “false” story, and it has even been cited as a possible inspiration for the latest assassination attempt on Trump. (Small matter that the attempted shooter is not Haitian, is not an immigrant, and did not hail from Springfield.) The press has been firm in its declaration that the story is disproven, including David Muir, who stated such a statement during the debate.

Except…

Gradually, and against the will of the media, details are seeping out of the area that something of this nature could be transpiring, or at the very least has been a concern for residents. What the press has failed to do is step back to take a breath and then consider for a moment just what might have been the source of such a story. If Trump is in fact making up the tale of devoured housepets, why would he concoct such a weird fable? Was there any basis at all for the claim from him, and his running mate J.D. Vance?

At the debate David Muir battled with Trump on this issue, declaring that a city manager stated there have been no reports. It has been said that the police have received no calls on this issue as well. But as Trump said to Muir, this had been something the residents had been talking about taking place, and now we see this is in fact the case. Here is a video, from a city commission meeting, where the subject is not only brought up by a resident, but one of the members attests to hearing this kind of talk as well.

The mayor of Springfield, Ohio is making millions by replacing a third of the population of his town with Haitian immigrants

An investigation conducted by the Buckeye Reporter has uncovered a troubling conflict of interest involving Rob Rue, the mayor of Springfield, Ohio.

The report alledges that Mayor Rue has been profiting directly from the ongoing Haitian crisis by renting out properties he owns to Haitian immigrants. This practice raises serious concerns among citizens who fear that the mayor is favoring low-wage, government-subsidized foreign residents over the local population.

According to the Buckeye Reporter, a 37-year-old man who identified himself as “Works,” has confirmed that he and other imported Haitians are living in buildings owned by Rue. “Works” mentioned that he resides in an apartment situated on a property valued at approximately $1.3 million.

X user Arynne Wexler shared public records that corroborate these claims, showing that Rue owns several properties through his business, Littleton Properties of Springfield LLC. Notably, many of these properties were acquired in 2021, coinciding with an influx of foreign residents into Springfield.

Guess Who's Buying Firearms Now?​

At any rate, all of this Wild West virtue signaling may have another purpose. The Wall Street Journal reports today that the fastest growing segment of gun owners is not MAGA or conservatives, but Democrats and liberals:

American gun culture has long been dominated by conservative, white men. Now, in a marked change, a burgeoning number of liberals are buying firearms, according to surveys and fast-growing gun groups drawing minorities and progressives.
“It’s a group of people who five years ago would never have considered buying a gun,” says Jennifer Hubbert, an anthropology professor at Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Ore., who has researched liberal gun owners.
Historically, it wasn’t unusual for Democrats to own guns, with many more of them living in rural areas. Also, hunting was much more popular. But starting in the early ’90s, gun ownership among Democrats dropped significantly. Increasingly divisive political battles over the role of firearms in American society led the Democratic Party to become an advocate for gun regulation. Republicans became the party of gun rights.
Now, today’s Democrats are rediscovering guns.

Double ahem. The majority of gun owners may be white, but that's because the majority of people in America are white. More men may own firearms than women generally, but there has always been a robust tradition of female gun owners, especially in the last several decades. And needless to say, minority households have often had to arm themselves for protection, especially in places where the local law enforcement agencies were unlikely to come to their assistance. That tradition goes back a long way as well.

Otherwise, this is great news, especially for the defense of gun rights. Most of the opposition to firearms comes in two forms: ideological and ignorant. You can't really fix the first, but the latter can get addressed with experience and education. The more that liberals and progressives exercise their right to effective self-defense, the less likely they are to view these tools as Very Scary Items That Must Be Suppressed. They also will come into contact with gun owners of more traditional political viewpoints, and that engagement will change their view of conservative gun owners to something much less stereotypical.


To use the phrase David picked out recently, the presumption that we are all "gap-toothed Cleetuses" will die hard, but it will die with that kind of steady engagement.

One is that there is "No migration without consent." The second is that "Consent should only be granted to migrants who benefit America," and the third is "Those who enter without consent must be removed."

Springfield City Commission officials say an estimated 4,000 to 7,000 Haitians have arrived in recent years. The thousands of Haitian immigrants in the Ohio town are on Temporary Protected Status, with more than 20,000 Haitians resettling there under the Biden-Harris Administration. Springfield’s population has increased 33 percent since Biden took office. In comparison, Springfield’s population decreased 1.7 percent between 2010 and 2020.

Yesterday, human mole and Ohio Governor Mike DeWine published a defensive op-ed in the New York Times headlined, “I’m the Republican Governor of Ohio. Here Is the Truth About Springfield.” As usual, the article delivered the opposite of what the headline promised.



DeWine began by admitting the curious fact he was born and raised in Springfield. Based on what’s happening there, DeWine doesn’t seem to like his hometown much. Maybe he was badly bullied as a child. Or, maybe he does love Springfield, but just wants to merge together his two favorite places.

DeWine then admitted that, okay, Springfield has a few problems. And those problems are called Donald J. Trump. Plus racists. Apart from that, Springfield is a halcyon habitat for hardworking Haitians, who are exactly like you and me except they used to live in Haiti, never drove a car before, believe in possessing spirits, and sometimes eat cats. Whoops! Strike that last.

What you racists fail to understand is that, before conducting midnight voodoo rituals, Haitians put their woven sandals on one at a time just like the rest of us. And even some Americans are embracing Haiti’s colorful religion, which, while it occasionally involves doing unspeakable things to innocent chickens, it also summons all sorts of fascinating spirits. Plus it involves zombies, and who doesn’t love the Walking Dead.

Mike DeWine, a platinum-level Haitian tourist, didn’t get to be Governor by accident.

All the other complaints are just logistics issues: teaching the Haitians how to speak English, how to drive cars, and how to apply for generous benefits programs using government-issued smartphones and taxpayer-funded internet services. These logistical problems aren’t the Haitians’ fault; according to DeWine, these problems are your responsibility. Because if you don’t accept the invastion, they will call you names and try to cancel you, to teach the rest of us to shut up.

Ohio Republicans: you’re getting what you voted for.
