That's how the president of ABATE on the eastern shore was killed, woman ran a stop sign, she got a $60 ticket and that's it. Unreal the way the system works.

One of the bills our state lawmakers killed in committe this year was for increased penalties when violiating right of way results in injury or death.

Was his pelvis fractured? That's going to be rough. Of all of my brother's injuries, his shattered pelvis was the worst, and he wasn't able to walk for months. Glad he made it though, having a fractured pelvis is better than being dead.

Yeah broken...he's got a hell of a road ahead of him. I am so glad he made it too. I love this big lug.

yep a law suite , only good if they have something and will take years to collect if you can collect, trust me, been there, failure to yeild right of way, or fail to reduce spped to avoid collision, 3 or 5 points either way, no amount of money is worth the suffering he will do,
