He is 30 years old and I respect his decisions, and he has the right to make the same mistakes as most other parents in the child support system makes.

So you respect the fact of him having;

• DWI
• Driving without a required license and authorization
• Theft under 500
• Theft over 500
• Contempt of Court in a Paternity Hearing
• Destruction of Property over 300
• Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor
• Multiple Hearings for Bureau of Child Support Enforcement (denials of payment appeals)
• CDS: Possesion of Marijuana (twice)

This is WAY outside the excuse of same mistakes as most parents in the child support system. It is clear this is a reflection of Sr. on Jr.

Well (IMO) Black History Month is about both the positive and negative aspects of Black history.

The whites give negative degrading history of everyone else but American whites seem to believe they can only have the nice parts of history (nice only about American whites) and no negative "history" being told (about American whites) and I do believe that is not true of anyone else except for the American whites.

People do need to face up to their own negative history and in that regard the Black population is far more mature and truthful about our American history.

Yes, I saw it.

And I am very impressed that Barack Obama snubbed and skipped that event, link HERE.

The Black leaders talk much while Obama was out there getting stuff done.

Over the years Obama never got any BET award or Ebony award or honors for being an accomplished African American, as he was seen as not "black enough" and just a junior Senator from Illonois.

Now they take notice of Obama and he is not in anyone's pocket.

I say that Barack Obama is going to make an excellant President of the USA.

Both John McCain(R) and Hillary Clinton(D) have said they see Obama as an "eloquent" speaker but Obama speaks powerfully and he seems to get better at it each time.

The real criminal law was never put on trial even though everyone knows it was done because of child support.

The man is still guilty in that case and life in prison would be my verdict.

I have told of other times where child support was the reason for the crime and if we do not judge the real reasons then killing criminals becomes even more barbaric and unjust.

We hear about some person (male and females) killing their families, their children, kill themselves, and this "Cutts" case is special because it actually tells about the child support being the motivator,
but if we look into each of the other cases and look into the new cases coming (and more are coming), then in very many if not most or all of the cases - then it is the evil child support that pushes parents into killing their children and their spouse and themselves - nationwide.

Since the child support is fundamentally immoral and unjust then it requires force and it ONLY functions by force and more force.

Every action has an equal and opposite re-action and that applies in the use of force.

The separated parents have no choice but to fight the thieving child support because child support is the aggressor that attacks them whether they surrender or not.

People criticize me for trying to reform the child support system but the fact is that I am non violent and I preach with careful regard of others, but the day will come (I am certain) that others will fight the thieving child support (like Cutts) and then those will not be nice like I am, and not nice like I offer.

Mr. Cutts should not have been having sex with women who were not his wife. If he hadn't kept on producing children with various women he wouldn't have had so many to support. The unborn child he murdered along with its mother was not the only one he fathered. That was his 3rd child if I remember correctly. Don't play if you aren't willing to pay. As you pointed out: Actions have consequences.

People don't criticize you because you want to reform child support, people criticize you for HOW you want to reform child support. There's a difference. Improvements make sense, YOUR reform doesn't.

Another interesting part of white / black history is that when the US Supreme Court ordered de-segregation of the US schools then the white school teachers and administrators refused to participate and so many whites quit their school positions and they destroyed the teaching curriculum and determined that since the black children would be in their (white) schools then they (the white teachers and administration) would see to it that the white education would not be given to the black children.

Before the de-segregation order from the Supreme Court link HERE was resisted so aggressively by the whites that they destroyed the system and turned it into a cheap and distorted school system of ABC's and 1-2-3's and little else.

Before then beginning in 1841 the white schools were based and formulated on the principles described in the famous work of: Ralph Waldo Emerson essay called "Self Reliance" of 1841, link HERE, and that is why the American schools were so successful and it is why the students (white students) were taught at a high standard that created an American standard that would do such extroidinary things like fight wars based on principle instead of malice, and why a "Hobo, tramp and bum" could be seen wearing a suit coat, hat and tie while in extreme poverty.

The whites knew this and refused to share it with the Blacks even under Supreme Court orders and so the whites trashed the entire American school system forever more because of their white bigotry against the blacks in 1954 and thereafter.
