:buddies: My thoughts exactly. It will be here tomorrow so the snow is canceled!

My back can't handle it anymore and Ive got about 800ft of driveway. If this just sits in the garage as an eyepiece so be it.

When I was kid I would do driveways all day long for $10. I haven't seen one kid outside doing driveways in any snow here. Kids suck today!

The guy across from me has 3 teenage boys. Guess who did the drive and walk? Yep, Dad.

Thing1 & Thing2 have been out each & every time shoveling sidewalks, parking spots, etc! They know they have to - they like to eat & have a nice place to live. And they help out our immediate neighbors for free - but one of our neighbors pays them anyway.

Then they go around the neighborhood & make some money! Thing2 is getting to be quite the entrepreneur.

It would make sense if NWS was reporting precipitation amounts as "liquid/rain" amounts and not snow totals. How do they normally do it? If you do the conversion using say, 8 to 1 or 10 to 1, is it more in line with what the warning is saying? Perhaps someone just got all :jameo: and left out a word or two?

12 to one for wet snow like yseterday and 20 to one for the dry powder we got last weekend

I went and bought me some snazzy knee-high rubber boots to wear - so we won't get all that snow now. :drama:
