Don't everyone forget the smell of burnt marijuana in the car.

That just doesn't do it for me. He was caught with weed in the car, but no smoking device.

Not to mention the weekly police blotter cases we see locally that start off with "officer _____ detected the odor of burnt marijuana in the car" and they end up finding a pill, or something else. No mention of weed.

There is some minor post mortem redistribution. Not enough to explain the levels found in his blood at autopsy. This was a smokescreen thrown up by the prosecution.

That's just one way in which routine traffic stops are different for white people and people of color. If a black man is anything but docile and has his hands up the entire time things escalate much faster

I've been pulled over twice by black MD Troopers, both times I was armed, once with two armloads of black evil fun switch guns behind my seat, one asked where the firearm was. And that was that. The other just didn't understand that you could own machine guns, it took about 10 min for another Trooper to arrive and expand the other Troopers knowledge with Federal taxable firearms. The older Trooper apologized and everyone went on there merry way.... Alive...

I drive a loud '78 Bronco lifted 6" and running on 40" tires..with dual gun racks in both rear windows....to be less conspicuous....you should try that. Werks fer me...

Long ago I used to dry fire my bullseye pistols aiming at the TV from down the hallway.
Do you know how loud it is when you shoot a 38 wadcutter in your home and at the same time the picture tube is imploding..
