Don't everyone forget the smell of burnt marijuana in the car.
That just doesn't do it for me. He was caught with weed in the car, but no smoking device.
Not to mention the weekly police blotter cases we see locally that start off with "officer _____ detected the odor of burnt marijuana in the car" and they end up finding a pill, or something else. No mention of weed.
As mentioned before, the amount in his system after death can no way be used to determine if he was high at the time. It's stored in fat cells and released into the blood stream after death.
