Her ticket was dismissed...............
Driver: Too Slow in Left Lane Ticket Dismissed | NBC4 Washington
If it was too windy for you, and you wanted to drive slower, that is fine. I understand, but why do it in the left lane, preventing others from getting by. Get over in the right lane......there are Signs everywhere on MD Highways stating "Slow Traffic Keep Right". I myself tend to go faster than others. I try to do it in a safe manner. But if someone is barreling down on me in the left lane, I get over into the right lane and let them go by. It's their ticket to get, not mine. So why make it into a more dangerous situation by staying in the left, having them swerve around you and God knows what might pop out, and boom!.....now you are in the accident as well. I am not saying it is right, I am not saying that anyone is at fault for wanting to be difficult by wanting to get back at the "FAST" drivers by hanging out in the left lane, especially when there is no traffic on to prevent you from "driving" in the right lane. It's give and take and everyone will agree to disagree on what we all should, or shouldn't be doing. Until legislation is passed, like they are trying to do in Georgia and Oregon for these same driving practices, then ppl will continue to do it, and road rage will continue to increase. Be safe all!
