I believe this is why we had the extra-large plastic multi-mode on the aircraft. Handled vibration MUCH better than the tiny single-mode glass stuff.

It did, but still has long term reliability issues.

The vibration is fiber optics worst enemy.

Its the stretching and compressing in certain parts of the aircraft like the wings from their movement. Couple the movement with the QA type folks just having to have tight clamps doesn't leave a lot of margin for error when the wings get loaded and unloaded or the fuselage twists etc. Then there is the whole sailoring/marining the crap out of it.

I no longer think it was Breezeline. I think my PC is near death. I was able to clean all my documents off onto a thumb drive, but it won't reboot (unless a hard shut down) and now stuck at the Welcome page. I'm unable to run any of the security cleaners either.

Thanks. I've used them before. I was able to get my maintenance scan to run, so things seem better now.
