Looks like you can/should return by mail, and not all items are returnable.Could be. Just hooked old equipment back up and my laptop is telling me "No Internet". That's the only thing I wanted. Resetting now. We shall see...

I noticed her equipment that she was using wasn't returnable, but the newer stuff still in the boxes was.Looks like you can/should return by mail, and not all items are returnable.
I wanted to speak to the counter clerk, because I still want the internet. My verizon wireless signal is too weak for streaming. I bought a router/modem that's compatible. I just need a hookup.Looks like you can/should return by mail, and not all items are returnable.
This is exactly what I attempted to accomplish. Clerk took all old equipment, checked it in as returned, and sold me am internet only connection for $99/month. I gave him the modem/router MAC Address and he told me I was all set. Came home, reset the modem/router, tried to connect. It states I'm connected with no internet. WI-FI allows me to connect, but no browsing. :bummed:I wanted to speak to the counter clerk, because I still want the internet. My verizon wireless signal is too weak for streaming. It unburdens your wallet.I'm still wondering what that $18/month "High Speed Network Recovery Fee" is doing for us![]()
It isn't suppose to do anything for you, it is for the "provider" to recoup the "provider's" contribution to the mandated Universal Service Fund.I'm still wondering what that $18/month "High Speed Network Recovery Fee" is doing for us![]()
So essentially, it is funding for others to get free high speed internet access... LovelyIt isn't suppose to do anything for you, it is for the "provider" to recoup the "provider's" contribution to the mandated Universal Service Fund.
Kind of sort of, it isn't just high speed internet. The money that they pay into the USF is disbursed by USAC via four programs - Lifeline, E-Rate, High Cost, and Rural Health Care. The money you pay is reimbursing Breezeline for their compliance with the law.So essentially, it is funding for others to get free high speed internet access... Lovely
I'll stick with Tracfone, been using them since 2003.Is anyone considering taking up Breezeline on their new mobile service?
Does your phone have the option to make Wi-Fi calls? Maybe check your settings.I also prefer texting, unless it's mom or one of the kids.
Same - except in a couple days, we're going to have Xfinity.I have Verizon and Breezeline. My signal is so weak that it usually switches to WiFi calling automatically. You can change settings in your phone to allow WiFi calling and it becomes fairly seamless.
Edit: I just checked and it's currently off, but I don't use my phone as a phone. I despise talking and prefer texting so I have things in writing to revisit if needed.
