No its not a wolf spider, I happened to have my cell phone out while trying to call AAA to have a porta pot delivered at the next stop light when I clicked this photo of it.

I fought it off with the tire iron and it went back under the spare tire.

Your camera phone takes excellect photos! Your lucky I had that camping lantern in there to provide light.
I figure the spider was with you and I mailed him to you this morning. Just reach into the mailbox blindly and you should find him.

While I WAS doing the right thing, I failed to notice the floor mat had bunched up under the clutch and it wasn't pushing in all the way. :lol: I have driven a clutch forever and never had this problem! hehehe

Yes oh brilliant one, you caught me, that was not REALLY a picture taken of a brown recluse while hiding in the back of Camilys car.

dont I feel so goofy being caught in that lie.

HA! This thread has gone way off topic ;)

But I wanted to add that I aws bitten by a Brown Recluse a few months back (caught the damn thing in a jar and the doctor verified that's what it was) and it made a pretty nasty little wound but I took antibiotics for about a month and it cleared up. They're nothing to be terrified of... not fun but not Horror movie material either, for the most part...
