With my laptop case in my topcase I use the one helmet and luggage, and think it's perfect. When I travel and have all the bags on, and packed, I use the 2 helmets.

Never rode 2-up fully packed.

There used to be a warning sign (at least on the RS) "DO not exceed 120KPH with luggage mounted" No such warning on the RT, and you won't even notice they are there.

I have a GIVI.. colormatched to the bike. Fits two flip ups.

But am SURE the factory topcase (I didn't like the looks of it) would fit at least one fullface if not two with ease.

They did show you the adjustable seat right!? I never got to test ride the 1300, but did take out the K1200GT.. The seating position didn't bother me, but the bike just felt "jumpy" to me. After driving a boxer for three years, I couldn't get into the higher RPM, just didn't feel right. Within 30 seconds of driving the RT I felt at home.

OH, and the RT (or ANY R model) is exceptionally easy to work on. Save huge $$$ doing your own services if you want. Because BMW stands for Bring My Wallet!!

Had to go back and look at the K75 picture..

I KNOW where you were now!!

It was a sign from God, when my brother sent me the picture of the RS with their name in the background.

Them things live at 4k and up. I would take that motor on the RT ride.

Now, why in the flying hell is the shaft on the left of the K and right of the R????

Lights on the box lit up!

They flash in synch with the Hyperlights too.. I have this fear of being rearended..

Wonder how many people see me on the street and say "GIVI?? What kind of bike is THAT!!?"
