Calvert Scanner - A lot going on !

A lot goiing on at one time so I am only picking up little bits
of all of the different calls.

1. A boat capsized in bay - 4 people overboard.
Sending the 'Zodiac' out.
Asking for aviation assisstance.

2. No.1 male walked into the bay and dissapeared after argument.

3. Self inflicted lacerations, scene not secured.

4. Chasing someone thru the woods in the Ranch Club.

It sounds like they located the 4 people overboard and are
preceding to bring them back to shore one or two at a time !

They are being very particular to verify that they have
all of the people from the capsized boat.
I just heard that there were 6 of them.
I also heard that it was a rowboat about a mile out into the bay.

Boat update.

They are now saying 10 people.

It sounds like they have them all on the shore.

Asking for blankets.

It sounds like they have everyone accounted for.

I heard that they 'had' the one individual

but I'm not sure if it was the one walking into the bay

or the one that they were chasing in the Ranch Club.

That makes more sense. I was beginning to wonder how big that rowboat could have been to fit 10 people in it! :shrug: Glad they're ok.

I didn't hear any of this, I was at the movies. On the way up to Prince Frederick I did see several police cars coming south with lights and sirens, must have been heading to one of these calls.

Got home from shopping and turned the scanner on.
Lotsa' stuff going on all at once !
It sounded like all hell was breaking loose for about an hour then things quieted down some.

Was the movie good ?

Seemed quiet when we got home.

Saw the new Narnia movie, it was pretty good but not as good as the first one.

There were 4 dumb kids (1 of mine) on the rowboat, the waves were filling the boat it bagan to sink so they jumped! The other kids on the beach could not get through to 911, one ran home called 911, the other teens were scared and began to jump in to try and save their friends and (my other son) brother. The first call went through finally at 4:40, These kids were not rescued until close to 7, Very Very Scary to watch in horror thinking you may lose 2 kids of your own and 8 of their friends. 2 were transported to Calvert for Hypothermia. Released last night. Maybe it was dumb for them to jump in but the response time was ridiculous. I wanted to kill thmy 2 after I cried and thanked Jesus for all of their safe return. I think their trying to put me in an early grave! Thank God and the Angels that they have watching over them!!
