Cancer Update #?

The oncologist confirmed my understanding today.

I am now officially on a once a year follow up, just bloodwork and consult. No more scans unless something else pops up.

Doc also said she is confident the COVID vaccine is safe.
Have appointments at CVS for the Mrs. and I to get the Pfizer 2-shot.

6 years ago today at this time, surgeon and his team would have been in the final stages of the repair stage of the procedure and well on the way to closing me up.

There may be no Higher Power interested in my individual survival, but I still thank my understanding thereof for the knowledge, skill and experience of all the folks who helped me get past what would have been a death sentence in years gone by.
