Jam out with ur clam out
Yeah.. That's good.
Kinda like some of the Lab-tards, Golden-retardos, and the Collies with noses bred to be so pointy it messed up their brain development. Breeding failures.
I prefer a mixed breed unless I need a dog to do a specific job. Then I'll seek out a pure bred.

OOHHH CRoyal.... good one :yay:

Oh man I knew I  ya for a reason :killingme:killingme

Adopt me please !
Aww talk about being meanies to the poor dogs ...... they can't help it - humans made it happen :cds:

I do remember a Dobie I got from the shelter way back ...... she was a basket case if you left her home alone - started eating the doors/walls trying to get out to go FIND companionship. Yikes what a mess that was. Ended up re-homing her with a disabled man that was home ALL the time - that made her very happy.

Dobes tend to be VERY velcro. Owning one means never going to the bathroom alone again. It also means they are very, very, very comitted to pleasing their owner.

I used to love doing the recall with Caber in competition whether in the OB phase, or outting from a bite in the bitework phases. He was always obviously eager to get back to my side, whereas most of the other dogs looked like they were anticipating a beating by comparison.

I loves my Dobies.

They just high-strung...:huggy:

I have a lab mix, and she is the calmest, sweetest dog I have ever seen in my life.
Just last night, my fiance and I were curled up on opposite ends of the couch watching a movie. She kept coming up to my corner and looking at me with big, pleading eyes and wagging her tail as if to ask, can I please come snuggle?
I patted the space next to me, and she hopped up, did one circle, curled up with her head on my chest and laid perfectly still for the remaining hour of the movie. Never budged. She is perfect. God I love her!

My girl likes to lick, also. I've worked on her a lot since I got her, and she is much better, now. She used to LOVE to lick feet. If you had flip flops on or, god forbid, bare feet....watch out! You had an instant foot bath!
But she is such a dollbaby, no one really minded.

No licking!!! Little occasional 'kisses' are OK, but no OCD licking!!

Although when you scratch Gazelle's butt she licks at the air. :roflmao:

Mine too ......and no, I don't let her lick me...just a few ear kisses...:yay:

LOL! You would hate my Daisy...When I get home from work, I have a ritual with my dogs that I MUST follow before they leave me alone. With Daisy, I have to sit on the floor, Indian style, and she curls in between my legs. I hug her and rub her back and ears while hugging and baby talking the 'Oh I luvs my babygirl, yes I do" jibberish for a good 5-10 minutes. I have to hold her head over my shoulder and kind of tuck it in place with my head so she can't continously lick my face. Her tongue is steadily licking the air the entire time! She wants to kiss sooooooo bad!

:lmao:

About the closest I get to baby talking is I call Harley "Booboo" and Gazelle "Dirl". :lmao: No licky.

Although if I lay on the floor I tend to get 'ambush tongued'. Which is worse, especially when you can't help laughing and they get you with your mouth open. :jameo:
