My GSD has this spot right above his tail. When I scratch it just so, he nips at the air, like he's chewing the spot to scratch it....so cute!

That's kind of like what Gazelle is doing with her tongue.

..my sister has a lab mix, and he is ditto what you said...but loves to lick.....

I have a lab mix, and she is the calmest, sweetest dog I have ever seen in my life.

My boy is a licker - drives me nuts - can't stand to even HEAR that .... he licks himself, people, and even the cat.

I was in Petsmart with him one day and I'm talking to another customer who's in shorts, next thing I know he's licking her leg. I tell him to stop and pull him back and she's like - oh I have one like that at home, it's ok. I'm thinking no it's NOT ok for my dog to lick some strangers leg LOL

No licking!!! Little occasional 'kisses' are OK, but no OCD licking!!

Although when you scratch Gazelle's butt she licks at the air.
