Which one 'bout killed you? Was it the bait/tackle store and having to listen to everyone's fish stories?
So a typical response from someone who doesn't seem to remember what he says from one day to another.
If you weren't so full of #### no one would pay any attention to you but every statement you make proves you don't know your head from a hole in the ground despite being corrected in your incorrect beliefs and statements by me among multitudes of others.
As for me, I'm done engaging in a battle of wits with an unarmed opponent. Stick that in your blue ocean.
You're a fed, right? No goddam wonder things are so ####ed up if you're an example of critical thinking and understanding. But you're not, so that's a plus.
It's 48 apartments. That's not that many. My neighbor works for Long and Foster Real Estate. They say it's not going to affect property values. Everyone needs to calm down. 48 apartments isn't that many.
But that's 48 welfarebabymamaganstaboyfriendhaving people FCRT doesn't want in his slice of paradise![]()

I'll tell you what he sounds like, a racist, bigoted, elitist jackass. FWIW I heard recently that St. Mary's County has the higher percentage of trailer parks in the state.
But that doesn't matter. If that developer wants to really shove it up the County's collective butt, it will put together a plan for the trashiest, lowest income housing project it can come up with. Then call the county exclusionary and take them to court - federal court. Oh and along the way file a complaint with the civil rights division of the US Dept of Justice.
That's not a work of fiction, it's been done in a number of communities that were "exclusive" and where developers looked to turn a profit

Are you offering them a place in your neighborhood?
Well, no, because I dont live in a development district. But I lived for years on Cabot Place in Lexington Park and for years after that on Chancellors Run. Get along fine with the folks who live in the trailer park behind Cooks. Folks with lower incomes need decent places to live. Not everybody with less money than you is a criminal.

You are so uneducated. You automatically assume that apartments are for what you incorrectly describe. Have you ever heard of affordable housing for working people. Hell, I spent plenty of time living in apartments when I was in the Navy. I have young friends and relatives who live in apartment. Good people.
So, you missed that bit above in your rush to judge, eh? That's okayMy point was yours exactly, that FCRT assumes that apartments automatically means "a concentration of poverty" which leads to "boredom does create criminality." Which I disagree with. 48 apartments today might mean that CH in some future year looks like Missouri Ave in Lexington Park, but that's far enough off that his grandkids might have to move away

So, we can build 48 apartments, but can't build any restaurants other than fast food? Again, race to the bottom much?
