I like the fact that it's a baking mix already made up and saves me a smidgeon of time and effort.

Bisquick is the only thing to use for certain recipes. Dumplings, for example. And Impossible Cheeseburger Pie. Oh, and sausage balls. You cannot make sausage balls without Bisquick. I don't care what anyone says, Bisquick pancakes are much better than what people throw together from scratch.

Oh those sausage balls are awesome!!! I forgot all about those. :yum: Will have to make them again sometime soon. And I have to agree about the pancakes, too. It does make some very flavorful, extremely fluffy pancakes!

Horror... come on, not really. Have you tried? Anyway, different strokes as they say. Just like homemade waffles vs frozen....I prefer the frozen. Call me weird if you must....

I've tried both and hands down I prefer Bisquick. You're just weird. :huggy:

I LOVE sausage balls but mine never turn out as good as the ones I snatch up at potluck suppers. I keep sneaking back for them. Mine...I wind up throwing them out. I wonder what I'm doing wrong.
