Boy does that crap all the time "Why can't I have Ice Cream, it is milk and eggs right?". He just did it this morning. I was so pizzed I smooshed out my cigarette, blew smoke in his face and told him to shut the hell up and eat his Twinkies and drink his Redbull or I was going to take away the 5 foot long pixie sticks he packed for snack.

:roflmao:

If it is only every once in a while there is nothing wrong with it. I gave my son ice cream for breakfast before (when I was pregnant :lmao:). It is a special treat but does not happen often at all.

 After reading this thread last night... I woke up this morning and let the kiddos sleep in.. and then I woke them up and told them if they hurried they could have ice cream for breakfast.. Amazing how fast they got up and got ready.

I was a good mommy and made scrambled eggs with ham in them and biscuits. You are a bad mommy  gave my nieces and nephew ice cream for breakfast and didn't invite us over. :I'mpoutingnow:

A friend of mine just told me that she lets her child eat ice cream for breakfast, with chocolate sauce and whipped cream. The justification was that it was banana ice cream, so it's like having milk and bananas.

Should I say something to her about this or let it go?

I am out of milk for my cereal, so I substituted strawberry ice cream for cereal instead. It is a dairy product.

That;s what the doctors at Children's tell me to give Celie if she wants.

If your friend wants to feed her kids that crap for breakfast, I say "Knock yourself out". When her kid weighs 300 lbs at a young age, can barely walk or run, has health issues, and teased by other kids, "don't cry me a river". There is a big difference between banana ice cream and banana's and milk, plus the added chocolate sauce and whipped cream. If you want your kids to eat banana's and milk then that is what you give them.
