We drove by All American on Sunday, and T replied.. "I was so set on buying you a pair of Riding boots too" To which I replied "You have no idea how much they cost yet" They do have good riding boots (the ones actually designed for riding) but APs is right.. big price tag. I could get BMW boots, but they are the same way, put any trademark logo on them and the price shoots through the roof.

I do not own and have never been on a Harley, but I love, love, love my Harley riding boots. Best pair of boots I have ever owned... worth every penny.

Then the question would be, Who makes them?? I doubt they are made at the Harley Factory, but if we knew who made the boots, we can probably buy them a lot cheaper without the logos..

At this rate, that will take me at least 3 months, unless I pass the course next weekend and then it will take me a few days.....

If you are not letting the bike get good and hot when you are riding it, or bringing the RPMs'up much past idle while doing your circles, there's a good chance that you have fouled the spark plugs. Riding with the choke on makes this condition worse.

I knew the HD dalership was closed yesterday, so that is the reason I told Bob that I'd buy him those boots as an early graduation present, knowing full well that I couldn't get them when he wanted them. Now that you've provided a manufacturer, I'll be on the hook to actually get him a pair of boots. Drats.

I got the best boots at Payless Shoe Stores in Fresno right after my dad died, well a few days after, somewhere between going to the crematorium guys place and the "I have to get away from mom" ordeal. $29.99 and they are the BEST. Start the class tomorrow night. I'm going to be a tired puppy by Sunday at 6:30 p.m. when I finish it. Practiced the tight turns today. Hubby said I didn't do too bad.

Keep practicing those tight turns

Change the plugs and get hubby to go ride the piss outta that bike for a whole tank of gas...then see how it is afterwards...

The shoe store that carries the Redwings has 4 different styles of motorcycle boots. Kinda pricey, but good quality.
