I love Texas Road House
I miss the good old days when we didn't have cameras everywhere and you could get away with pranks like this.

Did a brief search on Baynet for the update, but I've gotta go. Saw a blurb on FB that they have all agreed to 100 hours of community service and to pay $ 300 in restitution.

Yeah that right there is what got to me. Different punishment for different people. Come on now.

Did you ever consider that the punishment is dealt out according to the record? If someone has had numerous discipline infractions should they be treated the same as someone who has never been in trouble before?

I'm not saying they should necessarily be treated IDENTICAL, but they allowed a kid to play in the state championship game and didn't allow another kid to walk for his graduation. That's a HUGE disparity in punishment for an identical crime. That's like saying it would be OK to let one person off the hook for breaking & entering because it was a first offense (which we don't even know for sure), while the other person serves a prison sentence. That makes no sense.

............that is never the case in situations like these because if they are that kid from calvert that ate his pop tart into a shape of a gun is in deep trouble .

Congrats,

I see he was a genius just like me, picking Great Lakes in middle of winter. I remember -70 Windchills in Jan 1977. Did he pick an A school, Hope he'll be an AT. they're the smartest, except for picking locations ;-))))

That isn't the one I saw. It was greenish and had spots.
Maybe its a Spotted Cucumber Beetle.

edit - also read that, at times, the young Asian lady beetles can appear green in color for about 24 hours.

Not sure why I was thinking about this this morning.....

:lmao:

LMAO I'm glad you did. I had no idea of this incident. I think all the expenses of these kids because of this incident was totally worth it with all the laughter it is creating. reading the other pranks gave me a good laugh too. I'm not even a prankster. Too bad i missed this thread at the time..

How much do 72k lady bugs cost? what did they do with them?

Oh I also noticed that a lot of people don't understand the legal definition of breaking and entering. Decades ago in my misspent youth, I was pursuing an education in law. The term breaking and entering doesn't mean that you physically broke an object to enter. It refers to the door
or window being sealed and not open or partially opened... and the defendant broke that closed seal of that entry point. If you open a door that is unlocked to trespass, you have committed breaking and entering.
