I get it. I got my one and only accident going thru there. Not from looking at signs though lol.
I'm still perplexed. I was able to look around on my morning commute, but still didn't see the sign you speak of. I suppose I'll just have to wait and see. :(

It could be gone by now. I usually don't pay attention because I'm white knuckling thru there too.

Or hop on over after a night out at Nokelby's.
You know it. We were working out of a leased SCIF, back around 1990, that was a short hop from Kim's place. It was always the first place a bunch of us went as soon we got off work.

After Kim closed the bar some years later, I bought all the brass and neon lighting from her for my bars in Piney Point. Never did get most of it mounted up..

Several project team guys were coonasses from Looseyanna that were temporarily relocated up here to support the project. We always ended every day with beers at Nokelbys. One of them would elbow up to the bar with a couple of us and always order the same thing: "yo..bahtendah..need a couple of beeahs heeah"... "Oh..and one for my friends too."

There's a Perkins nearish to me here in KS. I can get a carryout order when I leave on Sunday and should be able to get it to you in time for breakfast on Tuesday. The delivery fee would only be $300 plus tip and re-heating fee!
There are a couple of Perkins' restaurants still operating in Union County, PA near where the oldest goes to college. Yes, we do hit it at least once when we go and visit.

Sounds like a dumb thing to do, but it's been done before!! My brother's family craved the pizza from a place in VA. On one occasion, I picked up a bunch of pies and drove it to Arkansas. On another occasion, he packed a couple of pizzas into ziplocks and put them in his carry on.

You should see the measures my oldest daughter goes to to carry beef, pork, seafood etc from our freezers here on the island, back to Dallas TX every time. One of these days her "luggage" is gonna go missing for a couple days and I don't want to be anywhere near that airport terminal when it does....:shocking:

:( I loved me some Perkins baked goods.
We used to hold a monthly management team meeting over breakfast at the Perkins in Wildwood.
Use to be (the one in L'town) very good, until it basically became staffed and managed by teenagers who preferred to spend their time relaxing in the smoking area rather than running the restaurant.

I don't recall ever eating at the one in L'town. I'm sure I must have once or twice but that was many brain cells ago. I actually passed that one every day on my way from Colton's Point to Great Mills...but it was more convenient for the three or four of the management team to meet at the one in Wildwood for our breakfast meetings. I always wondered how seemingly successful/busy places could go bust like they so often do...

I've been known to buy a cooler and dry ice to bring back beef when I've timed a visit right for family to be butchering cattle. This wpuld be my first time doing it for pancakes tho.

My father had a suitcase just for taking steamed crabs out to relatives whenever someone flew to Arizona or California. It never got lost by the airlines.
