Trump was not convicted of rape. It was a civil trial. He was found liable for sexual assault which is under appeal. I disagree about the composition of the jury being comprised of his peers.

You stop being an idiot first.

The purpose of investigating is to gather enough evidence to prove or disprove an allegation, suspicion, or another issue.

Biden's family crap has probably been rendered moot because of Hunter pleading guilty to his tax crimes. Next will come his pardon and the Biden crime syndicate will be good to go. Of course, their product (access to Biden) is now worthless.

My guess is that the prosecutors have left out charges due to Bidens possible pardon, and will go after him after the election if Trump wins reelection. If Trump wins the Bidens family troubles will have just started.
