I find it interesting that you view your source of income this way. Even if you feel that way, don't you find it slightly unprofessional - or at the very least condescending and insulting - to say this about your customers?

Furthermore, I don't know jack about the restaraunt business. I don't know anything about making people feel welcome in an establishment, I don't know anything about marketting or the preparation of food. That is why I have a job where I don't have to deal with that kind of crap.

All I know is that when I go somewhere I will either
a) Enjoy myself
b) Not enjoy myself.​

And frankly, it's not my job to ensure my own enjoyment when I'm paying someone else to do it. If they don't know how to please me that is their deficiency, not mine, and I'll gladly take my money to someone who knows how to run their business competently.

Allow me to fill you in on a little bit of information about some of the local businesses around here, and complaining to them. I've complained to many a business owner or managment because of something they or one of their idiot employees have done.

Do you know how many times I've garnered satisfaction from one of these complaints?

Exactly ZERO.

I EXCEPT THAT STATEMENT. I JUST FELT THAT GENERALLY SPEAKING, AND ALSO SPEAKING WITH VARIOUS CUSTOMERS WHO READ THIS SITE. WE FEEL THAT THE FEED BACK WOULD BE BETTER USED AT THE TIME OF DISCREPENCY THAN ON A BLAST OFF. THIS GOES FOR THE CUSTOMERS THAT YOU LOVE AS WELL. THAT POSITIVE FEEDBACK WILL HELP REPLICATE THE SERVICE AND FOOD PROCESS, AFTERALL IT IS A PROCESS. THANKS FOR YOUR 6 PAGES OF UPS AND DOWNS, THIS IS GOOD FOR THE LOCAL OWNERS TO READ AND SEE HOW THERE PUBLIC VIEWS THEM!
