The weather naming people had extremely high hopes in the beginning that this storm would track into the Gulf then up into Texas, so that when it hit Texas, all of the weather talking heads could then say .... Debbie Does Dallas.

I just got back from taking the dog for a long walk. Not a drop of rain in my neighborhood. Muggy though. As others stated, total nonevent.
