Because of DoWhat's post, I was reminded I had not planned anything for dinner; despite having been to BJ's and Weis today.
In the oven and stove top, Chicken parmesan, brussel sprouts, fresh spinach and I bought the cutest little butternut squash today

No - but I do think I've had their eggplant parmesan meant for two - I eat the entire thing. I actually made the picatta from scratch.

Yum... I love the Angelo's over pasta. Never tried to make it from scratch though I do add extra artichokes to the boxed stuff.

The chicken parmesan is Angelo's, too. My husband didn't like it so I might as well eat it while he is away.
