Imma guess broiled/roasted.

Yeah, kinda sorta! I kind of improvised it. Started them out in a waterless casserole dish I have from Princess House. And then after they were pretty well cooked through, I took the lid off that dish and just kind of roasted them in that to brown them. So not really broiled and roasted, but baked and roasted?! :lol:

I had the worst craving for bologna today - have no idea why. Then I had cherry vanilla ice cream, then I had potato salad and a vanilla coke. My New Year's eating resolution looks strangely like last years New Year's eating resolution, and the year before that.
That's why I don't make resolutions. :lol:

Sometimes I crave a bologna and cheese with Gulten's mustard. It's about time , I haven't had it since summer.

I don't think I've ever had a truffle in my life. I will probably die never having had a truffle. I heard truffle fries mentioned on Below Deck and was dying to know what they were only to find out they weren't frozen French fries they're supposed to be hand cut and not fried in truffle oil which apparently is well out of my price range.

Shall I Uber some over?

Holy freakin cow that's a big ass turkey. What was the occasion?

:lmao: No occasion. My neighbor (not the crazies) have become friends. Long story short, his wife moved out and I've been a sounding board for him. His boss gave him this huge turkey and he didn't know how to cook it. He told me if I cooked it for him we could split it. He only likes the dark meat. I said hell yea, what else do I have to do around here. Two-thirds of mine went in the freezer.

So does it taste mushroom-y? I like mushrooms okay, but I don't think I'd care one way or another for truffles. Especially at their price. :lol:
Nope. I slight woodsy taste. Once it warms up some it’s a bit creamy. Not as much as Brie.

Finished off the bbq yesterday. Tonight will be a one pan chicken thighs, sweet potatoes, apples and onions. So easy and delicious and easy clean up!!

I air fryed a low carb tortilla and topped it with bacon and mozz. I was starving and that was the quickest thing I could think of.
