When Monello was cruising the Caribbean he brought back some jerk rub. So I splashed pork chops with bourbon wsauce and rubbed them down with the seasoning, let them rest for about an hour, and we're having them with grilled asparagus. I'm starving and can't wait for dinner.

Went to see CATS at the Hippodrome today, and afterward we walked to a place down the street right inside the Marriot called The Yard. I didn't want super heavy food, and the Chicken Quesadilla looked great, but so did the crispy Brussels sprouts. I got those also, and they were the best I've ever had!

I shared a few of the Brussels, but they were in a large cast iron pot type of bowl (like Brick Wood Oven Bistro has) and I ate almost every last one since we didn't have lunch today.

I haven't ever had to do that! Only one time did I go with my significant other and that was only because he wanted to go and we went in NYC. All the other times, I have gone with my friends and once, my friend, her son and my sons.
