I'm confused too.Penn said:I'm not sure I get this:
"NEW YORK - MSNBC said Wednesday it will drop its simulcast of the “Imus in the Morning” radio program, responding to growing outrage over the radio host’s racial slur against the Rutgers women’s basketball team."
Which of the simulcasts are they dropping? The TV segment, or the radio segment?
Will he and his goons still be on MSNBC in 2 weeks?

So let me get this straight, all rappers who call women whores and use the "n" word are all going to be pulled from radio and CD stores?

So Imus is gone, but Dave Chapelle and Rosie O'donnell are still on the air?Penn said:I am reminded of the phrase: "When pigs fly.........."
Agreed. :sux2bhim:Pete said:I'm reminded of another phrase, "In 3 months people will be saying "Imus who?"

American hypocrisy.
I meant it will all be forgotten and he will be right back in obscurity pimping his corn chips, salsa and western shirts like he always has been.vraiblonde said:Agreed. :sux2bhim:
Not to mention that Chappelle is actually funny. Imus is just a fossilized tard.LordStanley said:But they are oppressed people. he’s black, she’s a lesbian. It’s ok for them to say what they want.

Don't hold your breath.Richard Cranium said:Chappelle and Rock may be funny to you, but I find them offensive and racist. I'm waiting for an apology to the White community.
Someone on CNN was saying MSNBC should fire ScarboroughPete said:I meant it will all be forgotten and he will be right back in obscurity pimping his corn chips, salsa and western shirts like he always has been.
The really stupid thing here is the man cracked a stupid joke. It is not like he said it with any malice at all. Imus has made NBC a grunch load of money for decade and his ranch has helped hundreds if not thousands of kids yet good old loyal NBC threw him off the bus faster than you ban Azzy MPD's. They did nothing to lessen the onslaught, just tossed him out like nothing.
