IMO, driving in Maryland is NOTHING compared to driving in Michigan.

21. Always slow to 25mph to cross Solomons bridge during rush hour to ensure a traffic jam.

...but that bridge is so scary... especially if it's windy...

5. Never, ever come to a complete stop at a stop sign. No one expects it and it will inevitably result in you being rear ended. If you want your insurance company to pay for a new rear bumper, come to a complete stop at all stop signs.

21. Start in the left lane in Lexington Park driving 35MPH and stay there because you know you have to make a left turn in Hollywood.

Just last night I'm out in my Blazer, Southbound 301 at a red light when it turns green all these people kept running the light turning right in the way of traffic... So me being a nice person I eyed up a little car and floored it. Full Size Jacked up Blazer jumps off the line... the guy in the little car knew he would not have a prayer so he stopped in the middle of the intersection, trapped because the left and right lanes kept going following my lead

This is like my own personal game, I actually find myslef hoping people run the red.


Thing is, I don't creep forward. When I'm green, I go hard.....hoping for that settlement from the douschebags of the world.

Drive drunk - everybody else in Maryland does.

So what if it is a no passing zone. :shrug: If there is room for the vehicle then it is a passing zone.

Every since I hit the 8 point buck, I am very cautious driving home at night because of my innate fear of hitting a suicidal deer. Not to mention whenever I close at the bar, I know the only folks on the road are me and a bunch of drunks. Now I have realized that there are a lot more whacked out folks driving late at night than there are during rush hour to DC. I never thought such a thing was possible.

I believe this to be the truth, drove to michigan and back this weekend, and had to deal with almost blizzard like conditions.
funny how people in big vehicles like to still do 80 mph in the slush and snow while spraying all of the vehicles they pass with a blinding coat of crap on there windshield, and you know that they are aware of it.
I also passed 3 single car accidents where the vehicles were off the rd (2 upside down) and the people still continued to drive like they had no worries.....
I was never so glad to be home to the world of no turn signals and finger salutes and.....

I'm sure that's it. After all, the best way to hunt deer is to chase them till they're to tired to run anymore.

WTF are you talking about? I was referring to deer getting spooked by shots and running aimlessly into the road... WTF does chasing them until they're too tired to run anymore have to do with deers? Perhaps you meant to post this suggestion in the Marriage and Dating Forum.

As I was reading this, I was thinking about how nothing is worse then people who drive in Orlando, and since that is where I learned to drive, I rank myself up there with the best of them

My daughter just moved to Orlando about 6 mos ago. She says the same thing about Orlando drivers being far worse than Md drivers. Maybe I'd better re-think moving to Fla. someday.

You are correct... deer are not the least bit startled by bullets/missed shots whizzing by their heads nor are they spooked by hearing hunters wrustling through the leaves
