:twitch: It sounds to me like this fool just effed up his life for the time being; Like if you have a job, you need a way to get to there and back.
Sure, there's public transportation, but that can be expensive, and they can't always take you where you need to go.
It might also be a little rough on you if you're trying to go out on a date with your sweetie, too. Could be a challenge trying to make out with your girl on the backseat of the bus. :killingme

Some judges will give you a restricted license, just for work. But yea that would be funny, hey hun wanna make out on the backseat of the bus, noone's looking.... :lmao:

If I am not mistaken, 40+ MPH over the limit is an automatic suspension of your license. Sounds like we need Ken to research this one...
I guess you missed the title where it says "Had No Driver's License" or in the story when it said the same thing.

Hope that was a joke.. It's not ok, it doesn't matter what he was driving. :spank:
 Whoops! You know, I didn't think about that aspect. In Maryland, can you obtain a motorcycle license, even if you don't have a vehicle(4 wheel) license?
If so, his azz may be saved yet.

You get a DRIVING license with various endorsements, motorcycle, CDL etc.
Ok, I didn't know if it was a separate document or not.

He's still screwed. :lmao:

"if he did have a license to begin with"

Good Point! I guess it would have little effect
Dear David,

It seems as though you have been posting more within the last week than I have seen you post total in the previous year.

You wouldn't be trying to suck up the karma, would you?

 isn't he the one who put the 1000 point hit on Vrai's karma? Can't he just assign his own karma?

I wonder if he can still be a state cop?

Interesting. The Enterprise says the guy was coming from Toot's Bar after having "4 mixed drinks and 2 shots."

If he was on a motorcycle.....when he hit the curb he would fly off and prolly have died....and then the problem would be solved all together. Plus a motorcycle would not have killed a family in a car if it had hit them.

Umm, not necessarily true. It depends on the type of motorcycle; a "dressed up" Harley can do a fair amount of damage to any vehicle, if it's going at any speed, say 70 or 80 mph. Even a 600lb jap bike can put a hurtin' on a small to medium sized truck, like my Chevy S-10?

Point is, I know what you're saying, but consider todays' bikes out there.

I actually work with the woman who's car this guy was in, They were coming from Toots correct, supposidly, he had a few mixed drinks. It was her brand new car, which she just got temp tags off of. She was with him when it happened, and was messed up. He is not from in the state, and he was supposed to have a license, but she said the state where he was from screwed something up in the system and that is why they say that he doesnt have one. But as it stands now, He is out of jail, she went to a whole bunch of people at work to post his bail. She is fighting with her insurance company, because he was unlicensed and they are not sure that they will cover the cost of her totaled car. She is VERY unhappy, as she should be. And she does nothing but support him. It is really a very sad case.

:huggy: Now that really stinks if she can't get her insurance to help get the car fixed. A brand new one at that.

If she don't have gap insurance on it, she will only get what it's worth, trust me I know from experience had 2002 van that was totaled during Izzy last year and insurance screwed us big time. Well good luck to her.
