I think there's a great likelihood of that, but it won't be because he's going to prison. I don't think that will happen, because I think the 34 charges are all variations of the same thing. Years ago, when I was in court, the judge tossed a lot of the charges, because she said you can't charge all of this for the same thing.

What we know is who they brought in and why. So far, what we know is that he's trying to eke out a crime over how the expenses were paid to Stormy and the other girl - how they were claimed and how Trump was involved - and whether or not he knew or intended to interfere with anything. It's a high bar to prove anything, and when DoJ looked at this years ago, they blew it off and said there's no there, there.

I think the Dems KNOW this is pointless - he will not be going to jail, because the whole thing is stupid. BUT IT DOESN'T MATTER, because the intent was to TAINT him.
