False Claim of Maggot in Steak

My wife and I recently moved her from SoCal and Monterey's is one of our fav eateries. Food has always been good, service too! Haven't tried sushi yet, next on our list.

What? Montery's is good Mexican food compared to Alberto's or Robertitos, or Colimas. :bs:

My husband and I go to both Monterey's and Asahi and have never had a complaint about either restaraunt. The food is always gotten there quickly, it's always hot, and it's always excellent. The waiters and waitresses smile really big when they see us and they are very efficient. My tea glass stays full in both restaraunts. Like I said, no complaints what so ever and they are all also excellent with our kids! :yay:

But now that you have a means to communicate with your customers so will you use this as a way to address some of the other legitimate issues they do have with your restaurant?

This could be a wonderful way of keeping in contact with your patrons. Anyone that has a good or bad comment can correspond with you openly and know that their message has been heard and can obtain information straight from you.

Sure, that sounds great. We do our best to provide good service and food, but we are always open to suggestions and comments. Perhaps we could start another discussion thread though, maybe one that does not have the word maggot in the headline. Nicole, thanks for the suggestion.
