Maybe these two have been cooperating and thus are being given a break?Kizzy said:All they need to do is dial a number let them know where they are; they can go to work and who knows what they will do between point A and point B. To violate home detention is a process, it isn't an immediate pick-up upon violation, it requires a report and a process that isn’t too timely. Their liberty should be taken away, they basically get freedom after they have done millions of dollars worth of damage, IMO yes. This is a major crime, not a simple drug possession or petty theft.
